Reinventing the Corporation - Professor Colin Mayer

The business corporation is the source of economic prosperity, but it is also the cause of immense problems and its failures are increasing. Professor Mayer asks: What can be done to reform the corporation so that it earns the respect and trust that we expect of it in contemporary society?

Colin Mayer is the Peter Moores Professor of Management Studies at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. He is a Professorial Fellow of Wadham College, Oxford and an Honorary Fellow of Oriel College and St Anne’s College, Oxford.
