The Humanities and Social Sciences Learned Societies and Subject Associations Network (HSS LSSA) is convened by the British Academy to bring together academics from across the HSS disciplines to discuss a range of issues and policy developments. The network meets every six months at the British Academy, usually inviting speakers from the higher education sector to stimulate debate. The next meeting of the network will be held in November 2015 and will examine quality assessment and the proposed Teaching Excellence Framework, with an additional session looking at Interdisciplinarity.
