HR & CORPORATE SERVICES INTERN (September 2016)
The British Academy is the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences. Its purpose is to support excellence in these disciplines, throughout the UK and internationally, and to champion their social, cultural and economic value.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the HR team as an Intern for six months, starting in September 2016.
The Internship provides an introduction and exposure to a generalist remit of administrative HR tasks. The successful applicant will provide project and administration support to the HR & Corporate Services Officer and Director of Finance & Corporate Services where required.

This British Academy HR Internship is paid at the London Living Wage rate (£9.40 per hour) and is full-time (35 hours per week, 9am – 5pm [this can be flexible], with 1 hour unpaid lunch). The Academy offers 34 days of annual leave, equating to 17 days of holiday over 6 months for the for the post-holder.
